FNHS requires Project Management (PM) services for the FN eHealth Network Project to manage and/or undertake efforts towards such Project objectives as: development an overall engagement framework and communications matrix, completion of a SWOT analysis with internal/external stakeholders, identification of immediate, strategic and strategic opportunities, development/implementation of a planning methodology, and development of a FN eHealth Network Framework.
This RFP seeks to procure a PM resource to provide this service.

Tripartite Partners Initial Basis for a Framework Agreement
On July 26th, 2010 the Tripartite Partners representing the Government of Canada, the BC First Nations Health Council, and the Government of BC initialled the agreement on First Nations Health that will set the stage and process for negotiations to transform how BC First Nations health is managed in British Columbia.
